| Mary-Kate Olsen and Ashley Fuller Olsen (both born June 13, 1986) are American actresses, best known for playing the role of Michelle Tanner on the sitcom Full House. They are fraternal twins, both of whom have appeared in television and films since infancy. Since then, they have attained international fame through numerous television programs, films, interviews, as well as commercial endorsements. As a rule, they appear together, and have filmed movies worldwide. Biography The Olsen Twins, Mary-Kate and Ashley, have been on TV since infancy, when they began sharing the role of the baby Michelle on the syndicated comedy Full House (1987-95). Fraternal twins who look remarkably alike, they created their own little empire of TV movies, videos, books, magazines and a fashion line -- all by the age of fifteen.
