Brittany Murphy

Born on November 10, 1977, in Atlanta, Georgia, Brittany Anne Murphy began her career in 1991 with a part in the TV series Drexell's Class, Murphy followed this with appearances on several TV shows. Murphy got her break in 1995 movie Clueless, and increased her fame in 1999 with the popular movies Drop Dead Gorgeous and Girl, Interrupted. In 2001 Murphy was in a slew of movies including Riding in Cars with Boys, Sidewalks of New York, Summer Catch, Don't Say a Word, 8 Mile, Little Black Book, Just Married. Later Murphy was in the hugely successful Sin City and has since lent her voice to the animated movie Happy Feet.
